Carmel Blue is a urea-based diesel exhaust fluid designed to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from diesel engines. Part of the Dor Group, Elex Control Systems has been producing Carmel Blue since 2006 according to DIN 70070/ISO 22241-1 standards, for trucks and buses compliant with EURO-4, EURO-5, and EURO-6 diesel regulations.
This additive is suitable for diesel vehicles meeting EURO-4, 5, and 6 standards. Supplied monthly to thousands of customers, Carmel Blue meets the requirements of SCR system manufacturers as well as Israeli standards, and is overseen by the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
