Infrastructure Coordination and Permits

Dor Chemicals is a petrochemical plant located in Haifa Bay, operating an underground pipeline network that connects us to neighboring facilities. This pipeline passes through urban areas and intersects with various infrastructures, including roads, railway tracks, power lines, water pipelines, communication cables, and other aboveground and underground systems.

Important Information

Infrastructure work near the company’s pipeline systems requires specific coordination to define the necessary procedures for execution.
Technical and safety guidelines must be obtained and strictly followed.
For guidelines, information on Dor Chemicals’ infrastructure, and the process for obtaining excavation permits, please follow the instructions below.

Guidelines for Obtaining Information

01

Coordination requests are received by Dor Chemicals through the National Infrastructure Coordination System.

02

A DWG-format plan must be uploaded to the system, including a polygon marking the requested work area.

03

During the approval process, preliminary actions may be required to obtain a work permit, such as pipeline probing to verify its exact location and depth in the work area.

04

A request letter (PDF format) must be attached, detailing the nature of the work, its location, and relevant contact persons (developer, planner, contractor, etc.).

05

If the work involves crossing or being in close proximity to Dor Chemicals’ pipeline, a detailed design, including positioning and cross-sections, must be submitted for approval.

06

Upon completion of the work, as-built drawings must be submitted in both PDF and DWG formats.
