Requirements:
- Academic degree in Chemical Engineering
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role within a related industry
- Operational and technical responsibility for work processes, system maintenance, management of work teams, operational managers, and external service providers
- Responsibility for product quality
- Management of raw material inventory levels
- Familiarity with emergency procedures, environmental regulations, and production management standards
- Process improvement and problem-solving skills
- Oversight and implementation of work processes, including control systems analysis and specification
- Ability to conduct general and professional training sessions
