Requirements:
Academic degree in Chemical Engineering
At least 7 years of experience in a similar role within a related industry
Operational and technical responsibility for work processes, system maintenance, management of work teams, operational managers, and external service providers
Responsibility for product quality
Management of raw material inventory levels
Familiarity with emergency procedures, environmental regulations, and production management standards
Process improvement and problem-solving skills
Oversight and implementation of work processes, including control systems analysis and specification
Ability to conduct general and professional training sessions
